Shipping rates:
We have adjusted our transport costs as much as possible and in order to give you the best price, we send your orders under 10 euros by recorded delivery (La Poste).
NEW: Pick up delivery:
Delivery to one of 11,000 pick-up points of your choice. This service is available in the following countries and at the following rates, whatever the value of your order:
France: 5 euros, free for purchases over 50 euros.
Benelux: 7 euros
Germany: 7 euros
Italy: 7 euros
Spain: 7 euros
Portugal: 7 euros
Home Delivery :
For delivery in France:
Up to 9.50 euros of purchase, the cost of transport is 3 euros
Over 9.50 euros, the cost of transport is 7 euros
For delivery in Europe:
Up to 9.50 euros the shipping cost is 7 euros
Over 9.50 euros, the delivery charge is 15 euros
For the rest of the world:
Up to 9.50 euros the shipping cost is 7 euros
Over 9.50 euros the cost of transport is 35 euros
Shipment of your package :
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via La Poste with tracking and drop-off without signature. Packages can also be sent by express delivery with required signature. Please contact us before choosing this method of delivery as it incurs additional costs.
Shipping costs include preparation, packaging and postage. Preparation costs are fixed, whereas transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package.
We recommend that you combine all your items in a single order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are sized appropriately and your items are adequately protected.
