Shipments and returns
Shipment of your order
Orders are normaly shipped 48h after reception of the payment. They are sent via La Poste (french mail), with a follow up number, but not delivered against signature. Orders can also be shipped express and against signature. Should you want to choose this celivery mode please contact us, as there are some extra charges.
Shipping costs include preparation, packaging and transport cost. Preparation costs are fixed while transport cost vary upon weight of the shipment. We therefore recommend you to group your items in a unique order, as we are not able to group 2 orders in a single shipment.
Even if we package very carefully all items,as packagings are adapted to the size of your order, and well protected, goods are sent at your own risks.
NEW: Shop to shop delivery
Delivery in one of the 11000 available shops. There will be one close to you. Service available in the following country, at the below cost, whatever the amount of the order:
France: 5 euros
Benelux, Germany, Italy, Spain and Portugal: 7 euros.
Shipping costs for direct delivery
We have adjusted our transport costs as much as possible, and in order to make it as efficient as possible, we deliver your orders below 10 euros via standard mail (La Poste)
For delivery in France:
Up to 10 euros shipping cost is 2 euros
Above 10 euros, shipping cost is 7 euros
For delivery in Europe:
Until 10 euros shipping cost is 7 euros
Above 10 euros shipping cost is 15 euros
For the rest of the world:
Up to 10 euros shipping cost is 7 euros
Above 10 euros shipping cost is 35 euros
